Using Controller Manager with a custom rig, I set up a fully adaptable and expandable movement system which does not utilize Humanoids with custom physics to create a solid experience on Roblox.
This system is the result of dedicated hard work and an ambition to create a grappling system that I think is more fun than any other on Roblox.
I believe I accomplished this goal because while grappling you have full control of which direction you move (w to go up, s to go down, a to go left, and d to go right). This is improved upon further with satisfying flying animations.
A Mario inspired wall hopping system to allow for a unique gameplay experience with easy to adjust physics.
This is a basic version of the combat system which I am developing for a battlegrounds style game.
This system includes a 5 hit m1 combo, basic air combo functionalities, blocking, and weapons.
A good adventure game requires solid movement systems with unique mechanics. An in-dev project I have been assisting with needed a good wall climbing system and I was there to deliver.
This system includes 8 directional wall climbing, floor detection, ledge detection and climbing, jumping from wall to wall, and jumping off of the wall in the direction your camera is looking.
Inventory system complete with moving items around slots, equipping/unequipping, and dropping items.
I have worked with an active simulator game and created and refined a few mechanics.
